Francesca Gabor Hilton was pronounced dead at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles after suffering an 'apparent stroke/heart attack.'

AceShowbiz - Constance Francesca Gabor Hilton, the only daughter of late actress Zsa Zsa Gabor and hotel magnate Conrad Hilton, has passed away. She suffered an "apparent stroke/heart attack" in Los Angeles on Monday, January 5. She was 67.

"As Francesca's publicist and one of her best friends I am shocked," Edward Lozzi says. "We were on the phone minutes before she died. We were discussing her book she was writing and a possible deal. She had to go to the restroom. She never made it out. I am so sad about my friend ..."

According to USA Today, Francesca's fiance Michael Natsis tried to give her CPR with paramedics after she collapsed. She was then rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and was pronounced dead at 10:20 P.M.

Francesca once dated actor Peter Seller, who died in 1980. She worked as an actress, photographer, and publicist for artists in 1980s. She played a minor role in the 1971 film "A Safe Place," which was led by Jack Nicholson.

She also once worked at reservation desk at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills. "They'd always ask your name so they could scream at you if it didn't work out," she told Los Angeles Times in 2008. "When I gave them my name they said, 'Surrrre.' I'd go, 'Listen, do you want to make a reservation?' "

Francesca had been embroiled in a battle with her mother's ninth husband Frederic Prinz von Anhalt over her mom's finances and care. In 2005, Francesca was sued for allegedly forging her mother's signature to get a $2 million loan on her Bel Air house.

Meanwhile, Francesca accused Von Anhalt of manipulating Zsa Zsa who is suffering dementia and cannot speak to get into her will. She also demanded court set up an independent conservatorship to handle the health and financial interests of her mother.

Hours before she passed away, Francesca reportedly called her attorney Ken Kossoff to take a legal action after she was banned by Von Anhalt from visiting her ailing mother, 97.
