Flappy Bird, ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, and Disney's 'Frozen' also become the most-searched topics on the Internet search engine.

AceShowbiz - The most popular topics on Google over the past 12 months are revealed, and it's a mix of tragedy, joy, and good cause. Robin Williams are among the 2014 top search list along with the World Cup in Brazil, the Ebola outbreak in Africa, and the tragic accident of Malaysia Airlines Flight 370.

The actor died of suicide in 2014 after a long battle with depression. "The impact of his death was so great that it prompted people to seek information about mental health," Google says. "Searches for 'depression' increased by 3x, followed by 'depression symptoms' and 'depression test.' "

The addictive mobile game Flappy Bird, the viral Ice Bucket Challenge that raises awareness and money for Lou Gehrig's Disease, the bearded singing queen Conchita Wurst, the extremist group ISIS, the popular Disney animation "Frozen", and the Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia round up the top 10.
