Scott Stapp's life seems to spiral out of control. Just after claiming that he was penniless and homeless, the 41-year-old Creed lead singer was reportedly placed on a 72-hour psychiatric hold because of drug-fueled paranoid delusion.

According to a Madison County Florida Sheriff's Dept. report obtained by TMZ, Stapp was found by police on the side of a road on November 13. The rocker appeared wasted, incoherent, and rambling about someone trying to poison him.

The musician was served with divorce papers by his wife Jaclyn last month. She claimed her husband was paranoid, threatened to kill himself, and left a message at his kid's school on November 10 warning about an ISIS attack.

According to Jaclyn, Stapp is broke because he spent all his money on drugs. He reportedly consumed steroids, weed, cocaine, PCP, Special K, Crystal meth, and various Rx drugs. She has been trying to convince him to seek help for his drug problem.
