Nicholas Brendon landed in trouble with the law over the weekend. The former star of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" was taken into police custody in Boise, Idaho on Friday night, October 17 while he was in town for Tree City Comic Con.
The 43-year-old actor was arrested for creating disturbance at a hotel. Police was called after he allegedly broke a decorative dish. He was charged with two misdemeanors; malicious injury to property and resisting or obstructing officers.
"When officers arrived, they found the suspect who showed signs of intoxication and repeatedly refused officers commands to stay seated while officers tried to speak with witnesses," said a statement from ADA County Sheriff's Office. "When the suspect continued to try and walk away, officers took him into custody for resisting and obstructing."
Brendon best known for his role as Xander Harris on the Joss Whedon-created show sported a bruise on his cheek and had red eyes in his mugshot. "Nick is doing well. He sends thanks and appreciates all of you for your love, support and positive vibes," his camp tweeted.
