Jenny McCarthy revealed that she lost her wedding ring in an interview with "Good Day NY" on Tuesday, September 16. When the host asked her where her wedding ring was, Jenny replied, "I've already lost the ring. "

The 41-year-old TV host, who got married to Donnie Wahlberg on August 31, explained, "We were staying in a hotel and you can't have a wedding ring on... it's a little hard to get romantic with diamonds on your hand. I removed it and put it on the room service table and they came and turned down the room and the ring was gone."

Jenny then went on saying, "But you know what though? If you're gonna lose your wedding ring, you should lose it that way." She claimed that her husband was okay with it.

When asked if she watched "The View", Jenny replied, "I didn't watch the show. I've been working, but I've heard people call me and say 'I like it,' 'I don't like it,' 'I like the set,' 'I don't like the set,' so I've been hearing mixed reviews."

Jenny then explained her reason to depart from the show. "They wanted to make sure the table was diverse," she said. "So they considered when Rosie [O'Donnell] was coming back it was too liberal and they wanted a conservative and they wanted a Latina, so they got Rosie Perez and their Elisabeth [Hasselbeck] if you will, so that way it was a balanced table with more diversity."

When asked if there's any hard feeling after her departure, Jenny said, "Absolutely not. I got to work with Barbara Walters. One thing I missed was people coming up to me going, 'I miss you being you,' like I really couldn't, you know.' When I went over to Sirius Radio, they've given me a month spot to see if I liked it and it turned out to be a full-time gig and I start in October and the freedom to say what you want is wonderful."
