Joan Rivers will be featured in the next season of "The Celebrity Apprentice". Executive producer and star Donald Trump revealed on Twitter that the "Fashion Police" co-host had filmed two episodes of the NBC reality series before she died last week.

"We just finished shooting a new season of Celebrity Apprentice and happily for all, Joan plays my advisor in two episodes," the real estate tycoon tweeted. He added of Rivers, "She was great!" He also told Extra, "We just finished shooting Season 14, and Joan is a big part of two of the episodes. I mean a big part, and she was fantastic."

NBC has confirmed that Joan did serve as boardroom advisor for two tasks, but no other details are available as of press time. The network has not set a premiere date for the new season of the reality competition series.

Rivers had appeared on "Celebrity Apprentice" before. She and her daughter Melissa Rivers competed on the show in 2009. She came out as the winner and raised over half a million dollars for the charity God's Love We Deliver. She later returned to the show several times as a boardroom advisor.

Rivers died Thursday, September 4 in a New York hospital after being hospitalized for a week following a cardiac arrest during a minor throat surgery at Yorkville Endoscopy clinic. She was remembered in a red carpet funeral on Sunday with Hugh Jackman, Howard Stern, Kathy Griffin, Whoopi Goldberg and Kelly Osbourne among the attendees.

The Broadway League, which initially said that it wouldn't dim their marquee lights for the Tony-winning star, has announced that Broadway will go dark on Tuesday at 6:45 P.M. to honor Rivers. The organization previously stated, "We love Joan - she was very supportive of Broadway and came to a lot of show openings - but she hasn't acted on Broadway in 20 years," but has apparently changed its mind following a petition by fans.
