"IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Due to an accident on their tour bus, Kings of Leon will unfortunately have to postpone tonight's show in Saratoga Springs, NY," they wrote. "The band was en route to their hotel after their show in Boston when a pedestrian jumped in front of their tour bus, causing the bus to stop short, injuring Nathan Followill."

Followill was sent to the hospital and was treated for broken ribs, but he seems to have gotten better now. He took to Twitter to thank fans for their support, saying, "Thank you for all of the get well soons. I'm a little banged up but will be back better than ever."

The Sunday show is being postponed "until further notice." Refunds will be available at point of purchase. The band is scheduled to bring their "Mechanical Bull" tour to Wantagh, New York on August 13 and appear on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" on August 12.
