The 'Captain Phillips' helmer is expected to adapt the true story of Morten Storm, a former Islam extremist who works as a double agent for CIA.

Sony Pictures has acquired movie rights to a non-fiction book "Agent Storm: My Life Inside Al Qaeda and the CIA" which will be available in stores starting September 2. According to Deadline, Paul Greengrass is eying the project as his directorial project.
"Agent Storm" chronicles the real-life story of Morten Storm, a former Islam radical who eventually realized how dangerous extremist groups were and, in a quest for atonement, became a double agent for the CIA and British and Danish intelligence.
The movie will reunite Greengrass with Scott Rudin who previously produced his Oscar-nominated film "Captain Phillips" which is also based on a true story. The two are also working on "Memphis", a historical Martin Luther King Jr. movie.
Greengrass is also known for helming "The Bourne Supremacy" and "The Bourne Ultimatum", the second and third installment of Jason Bourne movie series.
