Katy Perry has released a sweet lyric video for her latest single "Birthday". True to the title, the clip features various kinds of desserts that are apparently going to be served for a birthday celebration. The "Dark Horse" singer herself appears toward the end of the video, playing a chef who has just finished preparing a cake.
"Birthday" is the fourth single of Perry's newest album "Prism" and is set to hit radio on April 21. She recently released the song's artwork, which is a vintage picture of her and her sister Angela Hudson. The fun and sexy retro tune was co-written by Bonnie McKee and was co-produced by Dr. Luke and Max Martin.
The 29-year-old is set to embark on "Prismatic World Tour" to support her fourth studio album, "Prism", which debuted at No. 1 on Billboard 200 following its release last year. The tour will kick off May 7 in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
