"Community" is doing an animated "G.I. Joe"-themed episode which was previewed at PaleyFest at L.A.'s Dolby Theater on Wednesday, March 26. Fans who didn't get a chance to attend the annual gathering now can get a look at the special outing as NBC has shared a sneak peek for the episode online.

The newly-debuted clip is actually a PSA-style tag for the episode. In it, Britta, whose soldier alter ego is dubbed Buzzkill, tries to warn some kids who spray paint, until Abed's Fourth Wall shows up and tells the kids a simpler message.

The upcoming episode titled "G.I. Jeff" is a homage to the 1980s "G.I. Joe" animated series. It focuses on Jeff, who has a mystery that he needs to get to the bottom of in this trek through the land of "G.I. Joe".

The said outing is slated to air Thursday, April 3 at 8/7c on NBC, but the producers and crew are still working up to the last minute to finish the episode. Creator and executive producer Dan Harmon predicted that the episode would be "ratings dynamite."
