Taylor Swift tops Billboard's highest-paid musician of 2014 list which was released on Monday, March 10. According to the music site, the country/pop superstar earned a whopping $39,699,575.60 in the past 12 months.

She sure made big bucks from the sales of her 2012 album "Red" and the downloads of her songs. However, her biggest earning came from her massive "Red" tour which brought in an estimated $30 million, according to Billboard Boxscore.

In the list, Swift bests fellow country crooner Kenny Chesney who's placed second after making $32,956,240.70 from his chart-topping album "Life on a Rock" and the ticket sales of his successful "No Shoes Nation" stadium tour.

At No. 3, Justin Timberlake earned $31,463,297.03 after releasing his "The 20/20 Experience" and "The 20/20 Experience - 2 of 2" albums as well as embarking on two tours. Rounding out the top five are veteran rock bands Bon Jovi and The Rolling Stones, which pocketed $29,436,801.04 and $26,225,121.71 respectively.
