Maino and Jadakiss have released the visuals for their collaboration, "What Happened". Directed by Mazi O, the clip opens with the rappers explaining what's happened in New York. "Years of subpar hip-hop have infected the brains of the masses. A zombie like plague has the city under siege," they write.

In the video, zombies are everywhere in the city while two men are trying to kill them. In other scenes, Maino and Jadakiss are trading verses about strange things that happened to New York rap, making references to 2 Chainz's popularity on the radio and Kendrick Lamar's King of New York declaration.
