"Mirka and I are very happy to share the news that Myla & Charlene will be big sisters in 2014! Happy Holidays," Federer tweeted. His agent Tony Godsick additionally confirmed to The Associated Press that the news was true.

Federer and Mirka met when they represented their country Switzerland at the 2000 Sydney Olympics. The couple got married on April 11, 2009. "Earlier today, in my hometown of Basel, surrounded by a small group of close friends and family, Mirka and I got married. It was a beautiful spring day and an incredibly joyous occasion," Federer wrote on his official site back then. The couple welcomed identical twin daughters Myla and Charlene on July 23.

Federer is scheduled to arrive in Brisbane, Australia later this week for the 2014 Brisbane International tournament. He will bring his family to Australia after Christmas celebration, Live Tennis Guide reports.
