Ashley Judd filed a police report against her own half-sister, singer Wynonna Judd, last month in their home state of Tennessee. The "Come Early Morning" actress accused Wynonna of spying on her by placing a tracking device on her car.

According to the report obtained by ABC News, a mechanic found a wireless GPS tracking device in Ashley's Mini Cooper. An unnamed female was driving the vehicle at that time, and Ashley could prove that she "had custody" of the driver. Ashley "believes the device was placed there by Wynonna."

When traced back, the GPS device led to a private investigator working for Wynonna. The P.I. reportedly gave the device to Wynonna who then passed it on to her ex-husband Arch Kelley to be placed in the car. Kelley has denied the allegation while reps for Ashley and Wynonna have not responded.

The report also stated that there is an ongoing public feud among the Judds and the device was placed inside the car to track Ashley's movement. Police currently listed the investigation as "inactive".

Wynonna previously admitted to Us Weekly that she sometimes has a rocky relationship with her sister. "I don't agree with anything she says half the time," she told Us. "We're so different. But I love my sister. There were times when I was at such a valley darkening of the soul, and she and [her husband] Dario [Franchitti] were there for me. And they're both still as close and dear to me. And they both know it."
