Cher, who had a chat with fans on Reddit's Ask Me Anything on Saturday, September 28, said in the event that her late ex-husband Sonny Bono's ghost pulled pranks on her. A fan wrote, "Hi Cher! A friend asked me to ask you if you were afraid of ghosts! Are you?"

"Absolutely not!!! I love ghosts. I actually think that Sonny makes a light go on. I have a beautiful chandelier that he makes the light go on when it is impossible, there is no power on. I love ghosts, I prefer ghosts to some people," the "Believe" singer replied.

In the AMA session, Cher also talked about rumors suggesting that she and Madonna did not get along. When a fan asked, "Do you still hate Madonna?" Cher said, "Madge, no. Actually I don't. never hated her, I just thought she was a b***h. Actually I quite respect her."

She explained further, "Actually I think Madge might be one of the most amazing artists I've ever known. I don't like everything she does, for sure, but she is always riding the crest of the wave. She always saw trends WAY before anyone else, and had great videos. So, besides saying 'WTF [is] MDNA,' I'm fine with it."

In 2012, Cher wrote on Twitter, "Wtf is mdna," and caused backlash from Madonna's fans. Cher later explained, "Didnt mean throw shade on Madge! shes [the] Best at a what She Does! Called her Bad word once! Not nice! Ok didnt know Mdna shoot me i liv[e] in cave."
