Another new addition to the last two installments of "The Hunger Games" movie franchise is announced. 28-year-old singer/actress Patina Miller is cast to play Commander Paylor in both "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 1" and "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 2".

Paylor is a high-ranking officer in the rebellion military force. She plays a significant role in the future of Panem, leading the protests against the tyrannical and corrupt Capitol and [SPOILER ALERT!] eventually becoming the new President of Panem at the end of the Suzanne Collins trilogy book.

Francis Lawrence, who directs the second installment "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire", will back to helm the next two movies. "Catching Fire" is due November 22 this year, followed by the first "Mockingjay" on November 21, 2014 and the last one on November 20, 2015.

Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth will return as Katniss, Peeta and Gale respectively. They are joined by Lily Rabe (Commander Lyme), Julianne Moore (President Alma Coin), Natalie Dormer (Cressida, a resident director from the Capitol who joins rebellion along with her camera), and Evan Ross (Cressida's assistant Messalla).

Miller has multiple accolades as a Broadway star. She got a Tony nomination for Best Actress in a Musical, thanks to her role as Delores Van Cartier in "Sister Act", and eventually won the title this year for her performance in a revival of "Pippin." On TV, she has appeared on soap opera "All My Children". "Mockingjay" will mark her big screen debut.
