A few months after finishing their divorce, Courteney Cox and David Arquette have decided to sell their house. According to TMZ, the two listed the house, which is located in Beverly Hills' exclusive Trousdale Estates community, for $20 million.
The couple bought the house in 2004 for $5.45 million. Courteney moved out immediately when she and David split, but the "Scream 4" actor still lives in the 5,500 square foot property. They reportedly have been trying to sell it for a while, but they have not found potential buyer. Therefore, they listed the house on MLS's site on Tuesday, September 17.
The mansion was built by architect Quincy A. Jones in 1959 and has five bedrooms, six bathrooms and a bi-level living room. The exquisite mansion also features floor-to-ceiling windows which enable buyers to view beautiful area surrounding the building.
Courteney and David dated after meeting on the set of "Scream" in 1995. They got married in 1999 and decided to split in 2010. The couple, however, only filed for divorce in 2012. A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge dissolved the marriage on May 28. The pair have a 9-year-old daughter Coco.
