In her latest bid to regain the lost custody over her actress daughter, Ariel Winter's mom Chrisoula "Crystal" Workman made shocking new claims in legal documents she filed on Thursday, September 12 to try to get her daughter back. Workman adamantly denied allegations of "sexual abuse or sexual molestation" which she claims her 15-year-old TV star daughter has accused her of.

However, the denial is baffling considering the "Modern Family" cast member never made any allegations of sexual abuse against her mother, but rather only physical and emotional abuse. Perhaps Workman was alluding to an accusation made by Winter's boyfriend, fellow actor Cameron Palatas, who said in his deposition that Workman had one time wanted him to sleep in Winter's bed.

In addition to the molestation denial, Workman blamed her older daughter Shanelle Gray, who got awarded with the temporary guardianship over Winter, for having caused her to develop cancer. "I believe the reason I got cancer was from the stress of the situation Shanelle put me through of missing my child when she was not there...," she claimed.

Last month, Workman failed to convince Senior Court Judge Michael Levenas to retract his previous ruling of awarding guardianship over Winter to Gray after the judge felt there was no concrete efforts from Workman to repair her relationship with her teenage daughter. Gray has been caring for her younger sister since October last year after the actress got a restraining order against their mother who allegedly "slapped, hit, pushed" her and deprived her of food in disapproval of her romantic relationship with Palatas.
