Sir Elton John has released a new single called "Home Again" along with its accompanying music video. Directed by Brent Bonacorso, the beautiful three-and-a-half-minute video was shot in London, rural England and Iceland.
The video opens with a man leaving his current life and setting out on a journey to return to the place where he came from. Dragging his suitcase and walking through beautiful landscapes, the man becomes younger and younger as he gets closer to his destination.
"Home Again" is the lead single off "The Diving Board", John's newest album that is due out in the U.S. on September 24. The 66-year-old British veteran artist previously admitted to having difficulties in the process of making the new record.
"I have to go back to listen to my old stuff to go forward again," John said of the difficulties. "It's a different era now, I know I'm not going to get played on the radio -what kind of music do I want to make?"
"I feel like I'm starting again making new records. I'm not interested in the past... I want to know, can I improve?" he added.
