"Inside Llewyn Davis" writers/directors Joel and Ethan Coen, music producer T Bone Burnett and producer Scott Rudin are producing a concert inspired by their new film. Jack White, Marcus Mumford, Joan Baez, and The Avett Brothers are among big names who will headline the event.

They are joining the likes of Patti Smith, Rhiannon Giddens, Colin Meloy, Willie Watson and Conor Oberst. "Inside Llewyn Davis" stars Carey Mulligan, John Goodman and Oscar Isaac are also set to perform at the concert, which is titled "Another Day, Another Time: Celebrating the Music of 'Inside Llewyn Davis' ".

"We decided to do a concert to bring together the community that had done the music. So there would be some synergy between the music and the film," Burnett said of the upcoming concert. "The idea was to round up the best of these young musicians to come up and do a show around this music."

Scheduled to be held at New York City's Town Hall on Sunday, September 29, the concert will benefit the National Recording Preservation Foundation that helps underwrite efforts to protect music and radio archives. Tickets go on sale on Wednesday, August 21.

"Inside Llewyn Davis" follows a struggling young folk singer in Greenwich Village in 1961. Burnett and his team recorded 12 songs to be featured in the film. The film is slated to open in theaters on December, while its soundtrack will be released on September 17.
