A judge reinstates Breezy's probation on the condition that he completes 1,000 more hours of court-mandated work in Los Angeles County.

Chris Brown has been given a new sentence to perform 1,000 hours of community labor Friday, August 16. Judge James Brandlin ordered him to do the court-mandated work in Los Angeles County and to report to a probation officer within the next 48 hours.

Brown was sentenced to 180 days of community labor (1,440 hours) as part of his probation after pleading guilty to assaulting then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009. Last year, he was accused of faking his community service reports that claimed he had completed his mandatory work.

A review by the D.A. found "significant discrepancies indicating at best sloppy documentation and at worst fraudulent reporting." In one case, the D.A. alleged he was actually jetting off to Cancun, Mexico, when he claimed he cleaned up trash in his home state of Virginia.

The probation was initially revoked last month following a hit-and-run allegation against the "Fine China" singer. It was reinstated with the modification of 1,000 more hours of community labor, one day after the traffic-violation charge was dismissed by a judge.

Brown showed up in court during the proceedings. He didn't speak other than to agree to the deal. His labor options include Caltrans or highway cleanup, beach cleanup and graffiti removal. He is expected to complete the 1,000 hours by August 25, 2014.

Just recently, Brown suffered a "non-epileptic seizure (NES)" due to "intense fatigue and extreme emotional stress, both due to the continued onslaught of unfounded legal matters and the non-stop negativity."
