Adrienne Bailon has made a strong comment about Britney Spears in an episode of her talk show "The Real". The Cheetah Girls' former member mentions Spears as she and other co-hosts Jeannie Mai, Loni Love, Tamar Braxton and Tamera Mowry touch a topic of troubled child stars.

Bailon calls the "Baby One More Time" singer "the pop princess who had the ultimate meltdown." She says, "Britney Spears needs to call Miley Cyrus' stylist ASAP. I worked with her on 'The X Factor (US)'. Not gonna lie to you guys... I would sit to do my interviews with Demi Lovato, I did like the behind-the-scenes stuff. She can't hold a conversation."

"They had someone who feeds her what she is supposed to say. Like, she can't hold a conversation," Bailon adds. Other hosts look shocked and sad with her statement. Braxton defends Spears, saying, "This is what I hear. Behind the scenes, she's trying to get it together." Mowry adds, "And we have to respect that."

Spears served as a judge for the second season of the singing competition. However, she announced her exit from the show in January. "I had an incredible time doing the show and I love the other judges and I am so proud of my teens but it's time for me to get back in the studio. Watching them all do their thing up on that stage every week made me miss performing so much! I can't wait to get back out there and do what I love most," she said.
