Kelly Osbourne, the daughter of celebrity couple Ozzy Osbourne and Sharon Osbourne, has just gotten engaged to boyfriend Matthew Mosshart and shown her engagement ring to Hello! magazine. The 28-year-old "Fashion Police" co-host is finally set to wed her vegan chef boyfriend of two years, after months of engagement rumors.

The engagement rumors began back in January after a report came out that Mosshart had supposedly proposed to Osbourne just before Christmas. But the "Dancing with the Stars" alum quickly addressed the speculations, tweeting, "#DontBelieveEverythingYouRead."

Perhaps fanning the flames of an engagement report was Osbourne's magazine interviews where the lavender locks beauty openly gushed about her long-haired beau. "He's amazing...I don't think I've ever really known what love is like before, I couldn't believe that he truly liked me because I never think people ever could, but I'm so happy," she told U.K.'s Fabulous. Recently in Cosmopolitan, she also revealed, "He just wants to love me, and I just want to be loved by him."

After professing Mosshart's "the one" last month during her guest appearance on "Good Morning America", Osbourne revealed she's eager to start a family with her the guy she first met on the wedding of Kate Moss. It's a bonus that her parents adore her fiance as the two couples went on a double date in Los Angeles a couple of months ago.
