Janice Dickinson, who once declared herself "world's first supermodel," has financial problems as she has filed for bankruptcy. Dickinson confirmed the news to Radar Online and told the site how frustrated she was about paying back her debts.

"I had some trouble, so yes, it is true," she told the news site. The former "America's Next Top Model" judge, who reportedly has troubles paying her taxes and doctors who made her look younger than her real age, added, "I am upset and taking every step to pay everyone back and I feel terrible about it."

According to New York Post which broke the news, the 58-year-old model owed New York state, California and the IRS more than $500,000 in unpaid taxes from the last decade. She also had to pay Beverly Hills dermatologist Arnold Klein, and anti-ageing expert Dr. Uzzi Reiss more than $8,000 each.

Last May, Dickinson was sued for eviction by her landlords who said that the reality TV star hadn't paid the rent of her West Los Angeles house for 3 months. The landlords claimed that Dickinson owed them $17,700.

Although Dickinson has been facing financial problems, she said that she wanted to have a large and expensive wedding with her fiance, Dr. Robert Gerner. When the couple announced their engagement last December, Dickinson boasted, "I intend to make Rocky the happiest man in the world for the rest of his life. I couldn't be happier right now. Oh! And our wedding is going to make Brad and Angelina's look like a trip to city hall!"
