As "Skyfall" continues to generate rave reviews from critics, plans to fast track its follow ups are also in the way. The producers of the James Bond film franchise have secured John Logan to return as the scribe for not just one but two more 007 movies, Deadline reports.
Logan has reportedly already begun penning those screenplays. It is said that he pitched an original two-movie arc to producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael Wilson while the twenty-third Bond movie was still filming.
This will likely mark the franchise's first attempt to present a storyline across two successive films. Furthermore, Deadline notes that it is possible that Bond 24 and Bond 25 will be filmed back-to-back.
"Skyfall" will not open in the U.S. before November 9, but it has been released in many international markets since October 26. Daily Mail shares another word that the next Bond film is projected to kick off production in fall 2013 at Pinewood Studios.
