Chris Brown's new tattoo has been subject to criticism because it was linked to Rihanna. The body art on his neck shows the face of woman half battered, leading many to speculate that it was actually an ode to Rihanna whose face he hit back in 2009.
A representative of the "With You" singer has clarified that the tat has nothing to do with Rihanna, confirming to Gossip Cop that the picture "is not Rihanna". The rep did not provide further explanation about the meaning of the ink. Some associates close to Brown, said it is just "some random woman."
Brown and Rihanna have actually patched things up since the infamous assault. They have collaborated on a song called "Birthday Cake" and were seen embracing each other with a kiss during recent MTV Video Music Awards.
