Fans are treated to a sneak peek at the new trailer for "The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn Part II" before the full-length version arrives on Friday, September 7. Released on the official Facebook page for the film, the video teases a climatic battle between the Cullens and the Volturi.
Alice senses an awaiting danger as she says, "The Volturi, they're coming for us." A glimpse at the beginning of the combat between the fearsome council of vampire leaders and the Cullens in the middle of a snowy terrain is shown in the clip. Jacob and his tribe are also featured supporting Edward's family.
"Breaking Dawn II" focuses on a perilous chain of events after Bella gives birth to Renesmee. Along with her husband Edward and his family, she now must face an all-out battle against the Volturi. Returning as Bella, Edward and Jacob respectively are Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner. Meanwhile, Mackenzie Foy will make her debut in the franchise as Renesmee.
Prior to being released on Yahoo! Movies on Friday, the final trailer of "Breaking Dawn II" will be presented at the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards on Thursday. The movie itself is set to open nationwide on November 16.
