Another photo from the Japanese set of "The Wolverine" has been shared online. Per Comic Book Movie, the new set picture offers a first look at the half-sister of the film's antagonist Silver Samurai in addition to giving a new look at lead actor Hugh Jackman.

Silver Samurai's sister is known as Mariko Yashida. In the Marvel universe, she is known as the daughter of Shingen Yashida and also the cousin of Sunfire and Sunpyre. After her father died, she becomes the head of his Yakuza crime family, Clan Yashida.

In the on-set picture, Mariko is portrayed by Japanese actress/model Tao Okamoto. She is seen donning a black funeral robe while walking on a crosswalk with Jackman's Logan, who also dons a funeral garb.

The scene was seemingly taken as a continuation of previous "grand funeral" scene shot at the Zojoji Temple in Tokyo. The new picture of Jackman and Okamoto, meanwhile, was shot at a station in Hiroshima.

"The Wolverine" will find Logan in Japan. There, samurai steel will clash with adamantium claw as Logan confronts a mysterious figure from his past in an epic battle that will leave him forever changed. The story is based on the early 1980s Chris Claremont/Frank Miller miniseries.

Directed by James Mangold, the Marvel movie will be released in the U.S. on July 26, 2013.

Sorry, the "Wolverine" photo has been removed as requested by 20th Century Fox.
