Chris Brown has reacted to the news that he gets served with a lawsuit by the company owning the trademark to the Greenhouse name over his altercation with Drake at the joint clubs Greenhouse and WiP. On behalf of the singer, lawyer Mark Geragos tells TMZ, "It's a frivolous lawsuit."

Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. seeks $16 million in damages for Breezy and Drizzy's "gross negligence," "ultrahazardous activity" and "intentional illegal acts." The two love rivals are accused of encouraging their entourages to fight one another in "a violent brawl on a massive scale."

Both groups consisted of "at least 15 heavily built men trained and/or experienced in hand-to-hand and weapons combat." They "fashioned deadly weapons out of whatever materials they could find, including glasses, alcohol bottles and furniture, thereby circumventing the nightclubs' extensive efforts to ensure a safe environment."

Breezy and Drizzy were involved in a brawl on early Thursday, June 14 morning. They allegedly fought over Rihanna who once dated the former and, after they broke up, was romantically linked to the latter. Some clubbers were wounded in the scuffle, including Tony Parker who sustained an eye injury. The basketball star sued the club for $20 million.
