Arnold Schwarzenegger Signs Up to Star in 'Ten'
Movie

There used to be reports that Bruce Willis was in talks to star in the actioner but two years have passed since.

Arnold Schwarzenegger is to star in "Ten" with David Ayer as director. The action thriller was attached to Bruce Willis as the star and Patrick Alessandrin as the director in 2010 but any talks at that time was far from official.

The script was written by Skip Woods. It circles an elite DEA task force dealing with dangerous drug cartels that executes a tactical raid on a cartel safe house. It's a ruse, and the DEA squad is stealing the merch. They think they've gotten away with millions, until team members begin getting bumped off.

Open Road has acquired the distribution rights in U.S. while Bill Block's QED International is financing the project. When the movie was first announced, the budget was set under $35 million. Block, Paul Hanson, Joe Roth, Palak Patel and Al Ruddy are producing while Alex Ott of Ayer's Crave Films will executive produce.
