"Smallville" actor Justin Hartley's wife Lindsay Korman has picked the divorce option. Korman, also an actor, filed the documents in Los Angeles County Superior Court, citing "irreconcilable differences".

Hartley and Korman starred and met on the daytime drama "Passions" where he played Fox Crane and she played Theresa Lopez-Fitzgerald Crane Winthrop. After six months of dating, they got engaged and married in May 2004. Two months later, their daughter Isabella Justice was born.

Per TMZ, Korman is seeking joint physical and legal custody of their child.

After starring on "Passions", Korman scored a role on "Days of Our Lives" as Arianna Hernandez. However, she first took a year and a half off the work to concentrate on being a mother. "I was a full time mother. My husband was gone a lot, and we would go up to see him. ... I talked to my grandmother a lot and she would say you're so lucky to get that time from [age] 3 1/2 to 5 to be with her. That's such a big time in their life," she told welovesoaps.com in 2009.
