As Sam and Dean revisit a case from the past, the younger Winchester starts having hallucinations and seeing Lucifer again.

Sam's hallucinations are going to be played out again in the next episode of "Supernatural". The younger brother of Dean starts having visions of Lucifer as the Winchester brothers revisit on an old case which has not been seen before.
Four years ago, Sam and Dean helped a woman named Nora exorcise a demon that was systematically killing women in a small town. They managed to save the postal worker, Jeffrey, while vanquishing the demon but now it seems the black-eyed monster has reared his ugly head and returned for a second helping.
The brothers visit Jeffrey, who has been locked in a psych ward since the incident, to see if he can remember any of the demon's plans while he was possessed. But visiting an asylum will cause Sam to face the demon in his head.
"Repo Man" will air Friday, February 17 at 9/8c on The CW. Mark Pellegrino reprises his role as Lucifer, while Nicole Oliver and Russell Sams guest star as Nora and Jeffrey respectively.
