Barker hired Evan Spiegel of the law firm Lavely and Singer to send the letter in which it is claimed that the pictures are an "unauthorized use of private photos". Sources told TMZ that the naked pics of Barker are more than five years old and were "private and never intended for public viewing or to be seen by anyone else."
