Mildred Patricia Baena has responded to a recent TV interview of her ex-husband Rogelio Baena. The mother of Arnold Schwarzenegger's love child has through her lawyers sent a letter to Entertainment Tonight's executive producer, threatening to sue the entertainment news show, TMZ reported.

Mildred's lawyers insisted while Rogelio claimed in the interview he thought Arnold's love child was his until a week ago, they have proof that he always knew he was not the boy's biological father. Her legal team noted that Rogelio was not in the U.S. when the child was conceived and returned when she was already pregnant.

"Thus, Mr. Baena knew then, just as he knows now, that he could not possibly have been the boys father," Mildred's lawyers pointed out. They also stated that Rogelio was living in Columbia and ET flew him "to the States to lie on television for a six figure paycheck." Believing that ET has "outrageously defamed" their client, the legal team demanded an apology and a retraction or they will take legal action.

ET aired an interview with Rogelio Baena on Tuesday, May 24. During the chat, Rogelio revealed that he had no clue that the boy he thought as his biological son for the last 13 years was actually the former Califonia governor's love child. He added, "Arnold Shwarzenegger, for me, was my hero. Now, I feel betrayed."
