Tristan Wilds, Michael Steger and Matt Lanter are graduating on "90210" when the drama series ends its third season. A sneak peek to the graduation has now emerged in form of a picture showing their characters wearing a blue cap and gown.
Shenae Grimes who plays Annie shares that prior to filming the scene, she and most of the cast had never worn the outfit in real life. "I did graduate from high school, but I never got to do the whole walk across the stage and receive your diploma thing," she tells TV Guide. "I think it was a first for almost half our cast."
Meanwhile, Lanter who portrays Liam claims he has no idea what will happen to the characters after the graduation or even if there is another season for them. "We don't know what's happening to the characters or even if we're coming back at all," he states. "So it's actually an appropriate ending, with a lot of the characters left in a positive way."
The final episode of "90210" season 3 will air May 16 on The CW.
