Vince Vaughn and Kevin James are teaming up to tickle moviegoers in "The Dilemma" and their collaboration in the movie has been previewed in the first trailer. The video, making its way out via Apple, sees one of two men who is having a dilemma as he keeps a secret that might hurt his best friend's feeling.

Vaughn's Ronny and James' Nick have been friends since they are students in college and are now working together in an auto design firm. Standing by the sides of the unbeatable partners are Ronny's girlfriend, Beth, and Nick's wife, Geneva.

But when they are vying to land a dream project that would launch their company, Ronny's world is turned upside down when he inadvertently sees Geneva making out with another man. As he investigates the possible affair, he learns that Nick has a few secrets of his own. With the clock ticking and pressure mounting on the biggest presentation of their careers, Ronny must decide how and when he will reveal the truth to his best friend.

"The Dilemma" has an all-star cast ensemble which consists the likes of Winona Ryder, Jennifer Connelly, Channing Tatum and Queen Latifah among others. Tackling the helming duty is Ron Howard, who previously worked on "A Beautiful Mind", "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" as well as "The Da Vinci Code". This comedy is set to open nationwide on January 14, 2011.
