Authorities reportedly are investigating Shakira's music video shoot since riding a motorbike without helmet and dancing in the city fountain are considered illegal in Barcelona.

Shakira has stayed in Barcelona since earlier this week to film visuals for an upcoming single from her new album "Sale El Sol". In a series of set pictures, she is seen wearing a bikini top and black tight pants, hopping on the back seat of a motorcycle and riding with a male with no helmet put on her head.
The Colombian singer is also pictured sporting a short skirt and rolling around on a pair of roller skates. In addition, there are several images showing her in a glimmering gold get-up and shaking her hips for a dancing scene. Her boyfriend Antonio de la Rua is spotted on the set as well.
Beside working on the filming, Shakira also managed to have fun, jumping into a city fountain and dancing with a female fan. This might cause a problem for her since riding without a helmet and dancing in a city fountain are considered illegal in the city. Local authorities reportedly are investigating the case which may result in a fine for her.
Shakira is going to release "Sale El Sol" across United States on November 2. Calle 13 and Pitbull reportedly have been lined up as featured guests. Other info about the effort remains under wraps, but she has confirmed she will be mapping out an "interactive tour" this winter and she promised the upcoming Tour of Earthly Delights will be unlike any other.
The tour will be kicked off September 15 in Montreal, QC and continue through December 20 in London. Shakira's life on the road for this promotional effort will be captured on cameras and featured in a new British reality series titled "Katy Brand Meets".
