Warner Bros. Pictures has, via Apple, debuted the first trailer for "The Town" starring Ben Affleck and Jeremy Renner as bank robbers. As an unrepentant criminal, Ben's Doug MacRay never has to fear losing anyone close to him since he has no real attachment. But it all changes after the gang briefly took bank manager Claire Keesey as a hostage.

Met in another occasion, the two have an instant attraction that gradually turns into a passionate romance while Claire does not realize that Doug is the one who only days earlier had terrorized her. Now, as he plans his next job, Doug tries to balance his feelings for a bank manager connected to one of his earlier heists, as well as the FBI agent looking to bring him and his crew down.

Joining Ben Affleck and Jeremy Renner on the cast ensemble are Rebecca Hall who portrays Claire Keesey. Additionally, Blake Lively and Jon Hamm are tapped to star as Doug's ex-girlfriend and Special Agent Adam Frawley pursuing Doug and his team respectively. Ben serves behind the lens for this crime drama, which will be dropped in U.S. theaters on September 17.
