Elisabeth Rohm has been added to the cast line up for "Abduction". The Hollywood Reporter's Risky Businesses claims the actress is chosen to play the biological mother of Taylor Lautner's character. According to the site, Emily Mortimer was previously cast for the part but it is not known why she is out of the project.

Accordingly, Rohm joins Lily Collins and Sigourney Weaver who have been previously cast as Lautner's on-screen love interest and a psychiatrist to Lautner's character respectively. Maria Bello, Jason Isaacs and Alfred Molina are also aboard the project for other supporting roles.

Directed by John Singleton, "Abduction" is a story of a young man who discovers the parents that raised him aren't his. When he reaches out to the real ones, he and his girlfriend are forced to run for their lives. It is said to see chain of violent events and enter "The Bourne Identity" territory.

Beside starring in it, Taylor Lautner will serve as producer along with Doug Davison, Ellen Goldsmith-Vein, Roy Lee and Lee Stollman. Lionsgate Films has nabbed the distribution rights for this drama thriller but has not set any release date.

Elisabeth Rohm has landed roles in several TV series such as "Law & Order", "Angel" as well as "Heroes". She will next appear in big screen projects titled "Minkow" and "Chlorine".
