20th Century Fox could plan to use "Twilight" fever to boast its upcoming movie. According to Showbiz411, the studio is eying Taylor Lautner to star in "X-Men: First Class" and they have checked the 18-year-old hunk's availability before offering a role for him.

The site further claims Fox wants to have more young talents in the upcoming "X-Men" film following the success of "Twilight" film series. And after the failures of some of their movies such as "Knight & Day", "The A-Team" and "Marmaduke", the studio is reportedly obsessed to get "First Class" right.

Still in the same article, Showbiz411 reports that Benjamin Walker who was allegedly cast as Beast has dropped out of "X-Men: First Class". The actor is reportedly sick with the uncertainty surrounding the casting choices for the project and is negotiating his return to Broadway musical "Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson".

For "First Class", 20th Century Fox has tapped James McAvoy and Michael Fassbender to play key roles of Professor X and Magneto respectively. Matthew Vaughn is hired to serve behind the lens for the project, which is aimed for June 3, 2011 U.S. release. Shooting, meanwhile, is expected to start this summer.
