Lionsgate Films has dropped a new trailer for "Killers". While the first half of the video highlights the romantic meeting between Katherine Heigl's Jen Kornfeldt and Ashton Kutcher's Spencer Aimes, the rest of the scenes show them struggling to save their lives.
The movie follows average, undercover, government-hired super-assassin Aimes who finds his true love in Kornfeldt, a beautiful, fun-loving computer tech recovering from a bad break-up. After enjoying a picture-perfect marriage for few years, Aimes and Kornfeldt learn he's the target of a multi-million dollar hit.
As Aimes and Kornfeldt are on the run for their lives, they must find out who wants Aimes dead and why. In the meantime, they are trying to save their marriage, manage his pain-in-the-ass in-laws, keep up neighborly appearances...and just plain survive.
Coming from the director of "The Ugly Truth" and "21", Robert Luketic, "Killers" is claimed as a hilarious, unpredictable action comedy about love, marriage and serious firepower. Joining Heigl and Kutcher in supporting roles are Tom Selleck, Catherine O'Hara and many others. This action comedy will open wide in U.S. theaters on June 4.
