New report has just surfaced by the hour that burglars have broken into the Hollywood Hills home of socialite Nicky Hilton. A laptop and some very expensive Lalique crystal are among the things that are reported missing from the building, TMZ claims.
The break in, according to reports, occurred at about 3:30 P.M. Tuesday, December 8. As of the press time, investigation conducted by Los Angeles Police Department detectives is still undergoing inside the house. No word from them though regarding the incident.
Nicky is the latest celeb victim of burglary. Her sister Paris Hilton was also a target. And while the younger Hilton hasn't spoken publicly about her house being burglarized, sister Paris has tweeted about it. "It's unbelievable how my sister called the cops over an hour ago and they still haven't shown up. Her house just got robbed, so messed up :(," read her first post.
Few hours later, Paris tweeted again, writing "I HATE people who steal! It's so wrong! I hope they catch whoever did this! There has been so many robberies lately. So scary! :(" She then followed it up with another post that read, "The cops finally just got to Nicky's house. She thought her cats escaped in the robbery but she just found them under the bed. Thank God."
