AceShowbiz - Showtime is ready to uncover its plan for next year, putting "Twilight" as the starter kick of the entire line-up in the first quarter. The cable bought the TV broadcast right to the hit vampire film and will air it for the first time on January 23. The time, however, is not yet determined.
Coming two days after "Twilight" is "Secret Diary of a Call Girl" which would start its third season on January 25. Others populating the date would be "Tracey Ullman's State of the Union" which also debuts its third season, and new series "La La Land" where British comic Marc Wootton plays three different characters in real situations with unsuspecting real Los Angelenos.
From the first month of the year, Showtime jumps to March with the returns of its series "Nurse Jackie" and "United States of Tara". They will begin their second season on March 22 being paired at 10 and 10.30 P.M. respectively. Then "The Tudors" will come on April 11 with its final season.
All the time are in P.M. ET/PT:
