Jim Sheridan's 'Brothers' Offers New Trailer
Movie

Returning home after being presumed dead by the Army, Tobey Maguire goes berserk upon learning that his wife, Natalie Portman, and his brother, Jake Gyllenhaal, are romantically involved.

A month shy of "Brothers" theatrical release in December, Lionsgate came forth with a brand new trailer. This fresh promo video, outed via Yahoo! Movies, is shorter than the one released previously, but it focuses more on the romantic relationship between Natalie Portman and Jake Gyllenhaal's characters and its consequences.

Sam and Tommy are brothers that are natural foils for each other. Sam is a family man who is about to embark on his fourth tour of duty, while Tommy is the black sheep of the family and a drifter just out of jail. But, when Sam's Black Hawk helicopter is shot down in the mountains of Afghanistan and he is presumed dead, Tommy is thrown into the unexpected as he is now responsible of Sam's wife, Grace, and two young daughters.

In the grief and strangeness of their new lives, Tommy and Grace are unexpectedly drawn to one another. When the two are still dealing with the intricate situation, Sam returns home. Carrying the heavy weight of post traumatic stress disorder, he starts suspecting that something happened between his wife and brother when he was away.

Coming from the director of "In America" Jim Sheridan, "Brothers" is a remake of Susanne Bier's 2004 Danish film, "Brodre". Tobey Maguire stars as Sam, Jake Gyllenhaal as Tommy, and Natalie Portman as Grace. Lionsgate schedules this drama film to hit U.S. theaters December 4.
