More than a year after breaking up from then-boyfriend Joe Jonas, Taylor Swift is ready to start dating again. "I have always been really busy, so finding a date was never easy. I'm better on my own, moving around and doing career things. But if someone comes along who is right for me I will definitely go for it," she admits.

Swift's confession adds fuel to the brewing rumors of her dating actor Taylor Lautner, with whom she is paired in upcoming flick "Valentine's Day". Lautner was seen attending the country music singer's two different concerts in Chicago over the weekend. And on Friday, October 9, they were videotaped sharing a long embrace after Swift completed her gig.

Both Swift and Lautner haven't declined or confirmed that they are a couple. As for Swift, she simply reveals, "I would probably run in the opposite direction if I saw someone I had a crush on ... and then write a song about it! Shows why I haven't had successful relationships."

In another Taylor Swift news, she has just been announced leading the pack of 2009 American Music Awards nominations with six nods. "SIX AMA nominations??? What????!!! PARTY!!!!!" she tweeted. Winner of the annual awards show will be announced at a ceremony held on November 22 at Los Angeles' Nokia Theater.
