Named Esquire magazine's Sexiest Woman Alive for this year, Kate Beckinsale is honored with a cover shot for the print media's November issue, which sees her striking raunchy pose for the lens. Greater than that, she also strips down to her underwear for photo spread featured inside the publication.

An exclusive more than two-minute video capturing the movie beauty and mother of one doing the photo shoot for the spread has been unleashed. It sees her having numerous underwear changes in what looks like an empty house. The footage is directed by Greg Williams and features music "Hollywood" by Jet.

Speaking of her new predicate, Kate tells Tom Chiarella who interviews her for Esquire, "This whole notion of being named Sexiest Woman Alive is going to earn me quite a beating. You can't have that title with four brothers. I'll get wedgies. Headlocks. Noogies." She then adds, "I'm feeling that I must earn this - I need to go out and become much better at pole dancing or something."

Heralded as the Sexiest Women Alive, Kate Beckinsale takes the crown from Halle Berry, who was handed the predicate last year. The wife of film director Len Wiseman can next be seen starring in comedy-drama movie "Everybody's Fine", which is slated for December 4 U.S. release.
