Two weeks away from the theatrical release of "Surrogates", Touchstone Pictures has made available a brand new trailer and two fresh clips. The nearly-three-minute-long trailer, which is filled with explosions galore, comes out courtesy of Apple. The clips, on the other hand, are debuted at MySpace and Fandango each.

The first clip from MySpace exhibits the scene between Bruce Willis' Agent Greer and his partner, Radha Mitchell's Agent Peters. Greer, who has left the safety of his surrogate body, is set up by Peters to be involved in a car accident. The second clip, in the meantime, presents Greer and Peters going to the company that produces the robotic surrogates.

"Surrogates" takes place in the near future where humans live in the comfort and safety of their own homes and only interact through robotic bodies that serve as surrogates. But, when the murder of the genius college student who invented the surrogates leads to other murders, Agent Greer goes to investigate. As the investigation falls deeper, he is forced to venture out without using his surrogate and unravel a conspiracy behind the crimes.

Coming from Jonathan Mostow, the man who directed "Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines", this sci-fi thriller has Rosamund Pike, Ving Rhames, Boris Kodjoe and Jack Noseworthy in the cast ensemble. September 25 will be the date when "Surrogates" opens wide in U.S. cinemas.
