After bringing forth the first clip, poster and teaser trailer of "Saw VI" in the summer, Lionsgate Films has unveiled the horror thriller's first production photo. While the clip shown at San Diego Comic Con 2009 and the teaser focus their attention to the wheel of death trap, this movie's still present a brand new and potentially lethal trap.

The "Saw" series continues with this sixth installment of the horror thriller franchise. The story goes on like this: Special Agent Strahm is dead, and Detective Hoffman has emerged as the unchallenged successor to Jigsaw's legacy. However, when the FBI draws closer to Hoffman, he is forced to set a game into motion, and Jigsaw's grand scheme is finally understood.

This sixth "Saw" film replaces director David Hackl with "The Strangers" editor Kevin Greutert for the directing position, but holds on to screenwriter duo Marcus Dunstan and Patrick Melton for the film's script. Tobin Bell, Shawnee Smith, Costas Mandylor and Mark Rolston are among the cast members returning to the series. This movie is scheduled to open wide in the U.S. on October 23.
