Vanity Fair's annual list of International Best-Dressed people has just been unveiled, seeing the inclusion of actor Brad Pitt and U.S. President Barack Obama on the men category. This is the third year in a row that Brad is honored with the predicate, and is Barack's debut in the list. Joining them on the range are movie hunk Daniel Craig and French financier Arpad Busson, who is the fiance of actress Uma Thurman.
In the Best-Dressed women, Vanity Fair names the likes of Penelope Cruz, Anne Hathaway, Alicia Keys, and Kelly Ripa just to name some. Big screen beauty and mother of six children Angelina Jolie, who made the list last year in the couple category alongside Brad, is not included. Meanwhile, U.S. first lady Michelle Obama and France first lady Carla Bruni are both listed as Best-Dressed First Ladies.
In addition to men, women, and first ladies, Vanity Fair also names International Best-Dressed Hall of Fame, Couples, Siblings, Originals, and also Professionals. The full list of 2009 International Best-Dressed people and the reason why they are picked are featured on the September issue of Vanity Fair, which will hit the newsstands next Tuesday, August 11.
