Feeling much better after recovering from swine flu, Rupert Grint was seen attending the world premiere of "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" in London on Tuesday, July 7, during when he discussed about the disease. During the star-studded event, he told reporters, "It was quite scary the first time I heard, 'swine flu', because of what has been in the press. I thought, 'Am I going to die?!' But it was honestly fine, it was just a bit of a sore throat." He then quickly added, "It was just like any other flu I have had before. It was just a sore throat and I was in bed for a while."

Last week, Rupert had his publicist confirming that he contracted swine flu, which forced him to take some time off from the filming of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows", which was shooting in Britain. "It has just been confirmed that Rupert Grint has taken a few days out of filming due to a mild bout of swine flu," said the publicist. "He has now recovered and is looking forward to joining his fellow cast members at the junket and premieres this week and will then return to filming directly afterwards." Though so, the publicist confirmed that Rupert's doctor has determined the actor was not contagious, adding the filming of "Deathly Hallows" was not disrupted by Rupert's absence.

Rupert Grint, who stars as Ron Weasley in "Harry Potter" series, was joined on "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" world premiere by co-stars Emma Watson and Daniel Radcliffe. The threesome was snapped posing for photographers on the red carpet of the affair. "Half-Blood Prince" will be hitting U.S. theaters next Wednesday, July 15.
